Three strangers from different backgrounds find themselves trapped inside a confined mansion and as they run low on resources they soon figure out the only way to escape is for one to kill the other two.

A Bollywood superstar hires a prostitute for a night of passion. This one night changes the fate of five characters forever. The prostitute falls for the superstar's driver while she struggles to free herself from the clutches of her sociopath pimp. Dave Stimple, an unfocused mattress store owner, is having issues connecting with everyone around him. Dave is really confused and his relationships with his wife, friends, and his own humanity seem to be devolving and increasingly distracting anomalies begin to take over his reality. But his issues may not be as internal as they seem.
